G5bet may suspend or close an account in the following situations:
In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, the User will be notified by email within 24 hours and will have 30 days to provide documentation or clarification. If no response is received within that period, the account may be permanently closed.
The G5Bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User. Gambling carries an inherent risk of loss, and the User acknowledges awareness of this risk by using the platform.
G5bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily takes the service offline. In such cases, bets confirmed before the maintenance window remain valid and their results are recorded as normal.
G5Bet's total liability for any damages demonstrably caused to the User by a direct platform failure is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event giving rise to the damage. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from willful misconduct or fraud by G5Bet.
